i don't know if you guys get the magazine from spikenashbar.com but last year, they had an excellent warm-up pre-game routine - made up mostly of yoga movements.
I tried that and found Yoga to be extremely helpful as a pre-game workout. From your breathing to warming up the legs, arms and core, it's great.
