Passion. I hate playing with people who don't look like they want to play. You don't have to scream and yell and run around but celebrate when a person gets a great kill or an ace or a sweet dig. Also being a libero I like it when the setters I play with tell me where to put the ball. Higher, tighter, lower just let me know!
