I'm posting this here 'cause I don't know where else to post it. Looking for ideas/suggestions from other coaches.

We have a middle who sticks to the net like glue on a jr girls club that I coach. Today at practice I think I told her 3-4x to come off the net and pass on balls where the other side is bumping it over, and she's still stuck to it like glue (& getting in the way of the setter at times.) (She's not blocking, she has no approach, she's just standing at the net and not attempting to pass.) A couple of times she had excuses for why (supposedly not getting in way of setter, etc.) and the others there was no response, so I thought she got the concept, but then she kept doing it...

Fellow coaches - HELP! (This girl is about 14.)
