I agree, definitely use the time to run drills if you feel up to it. I really don't agree with judging teammates or feeling that they "owe it to you", or you to them. From a personal standpoint, what my temmates would rather do is up to them and none of my business.
If said person seems to be bringing the team down with shoddy play regularly, I would openly say something to said person, like suggesting doing drills with everyone to improve their game. If they decline all the time, then you know that their committment to the team is not the same as yours; and question yourself as to why you have said person on your team.
