I think it means the same thing. Play the ball and do the guaranteed thing that prevents an ace. It all depends on each person's volleyball game strategy. I sometimes play the ball knowing full well that it's out. Reputation...Pass all the easy balls and make a play to kill every set. I don't like to stand on the court and let a team beat themselves silly and lose, while I just watch all the unforced errors go on by. Then again, that depends on my mood...Sometimes you just get really lazy...
