Last summer and even as earlier as a few weeks ago I've seen people wearing sand socks while playing on grass. I'm not a fan of the idea in general mainly because it's dangerous. The possibility for a twisted ankles, ACL and other injury's are very high, where as on sand no problem.

Is there such a thing as grass socks?
