I just played at a tournament and I learned the oddest tip which could be applied to a bunch of different things but I had never thought about applying it to vball. So what is the purpose of this thread? I thought I'd see if you guys had any slick ideas or suggestions that might be vball related. Maybe it's deflate your ball before you take it on a flight or use spit to clean the dust off the bottom of your shoes.

What was the tip that I got today at the tournament? Take your sweaty smelly protective gear (in my case it was patella straps), let them dry out, put them in a plastic bag and throw them in the freezer to kill the bacteria. I already knew parents who did this to their kids stuffed animals. I just never thought about doing it to my sports gear.
