Who got rerated?

I also played in the RVC tournament this weekend (The Men's C, not Women's C+). Overall I was impressed with the level of play. CT was able to field 3.5 solid teams with other people travelling from Western MA and LI. I don't know how it ran from an administrative end but from a team captain's or customer's perspective, things were very smooth and professionally done. Kudos, NERT. The only complaint I had was the temperature in the gym. It was cold! This wasn't a bad thing when playing but being the number 2 team in a 5 team pool meant that we had two matches off between almost every game, it took us more than 4 minutes to warm up.

There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.
