I'm a big fan of medicine ball exercises too. I'm being a bum so I don't have any links for you but I'm sure there are some sites that have good routines to use.
For lifting.. Anything that emphasizes full range of motion. I always preach Olympic lifts. "She's not a setter!" -BhitterDpasser
