Hey all,

So I joined this Big City team (d4, pretty much just above beginner level) for fun.

The first 2 games we did side-out scoring. Those took a long time, so the 3rd game was decided to be 25 points rally.

Cool, no problem.

Until I went to serve, and it touched the net, onto the opposing side. And it was called.

WTF! Has anyone ever heard of going RALLY SCORING without the LET SERVE rule?.........

I was pretty pissed. But is there any validity in that? Has anyone ever played in a tournament/league in which this was a rule?
