From a playing point of view I enjoy playing beach alot but its no where near as fun as indoor. You dont get the amazing hits or the huge blocks and the blink and youll miss it serves.

It is beginning to annoy me now when you mention volleyball to anyone they immediately think womans beach volleyball. If they want to see a peep show then there are better places to do it. If they want to have the full volleyball experience they should watch an indoor international match!
I disagree with Monty....I think beach volleyball is very exciting. You still get to see amazing hits and huge blocks....plus if beach is your game you get to learn alot from watching the pros. I would much rather attend the AVP or watch the AVP on TV then any type of wm's or men's 6's match.
Women's beach volleyball has been boring though....I'm tired of seeing the same team win tournament after tournament. I was very exctied to hear that at the AVP in alabama this past weekend JJJ and Davis knocked May and Walsh into the contenders bracket, but they still ended up getting to the finals and winning. The men's side of the AVP is much more exciting with a different team dominating every tournament.
