Alright, after last weeks debacle this week is starting out good! I did a nice job eating, a nice job supplementing and 20 min on the tread mill, and 16 Set total body workout.
OK, so I only did two sets of each exersize, but I was tired and I didn't want to push it as it was my first full session back after a hiatus. I also wasn't sure how my elbow would respond.
I still can't seem to be able to wake up before 6:30... any suggestions? I'd love to get to the gym in the AM but I'd have to be there by 6:00 the latest to get my routine in (about an hour and fifteen minutes) and get home to shower/ dress and eat. I like to be in the office by 8:30 the latest. |
