NERT, extra motivation, I went "running" yesterday for about 30 min on the trails. All went pretty well until I rolled my ankle. But the good news is the knee wasnt hurting. Maybe I will try again before vball on Thursday. Wahoo. Oh yeah, we checked our verticals at 7-11 last week, post-playing and post-slurpee. You better watch out. I think I could jump like 5 bricks.
