5:08 today! Woot! Now I've just got to string a couple together. I've also discovered that as of this week the branch of the gym I go to will be open from 5:00 AM monday thru 9:00 PM Friday. So I can go whatever crazy hours a I want.
That's good cause my schedule is all over the place.
There was noone in the free weight area today so I did chest/shoulders. Anyone have any more exersize ideas I did 3x12 Bench Press, Incline Press, Military Press, Hammer shoulder press, butterfly's and an exersize that's been told to me is called hulk hogans. Hold a dumbell @ 90 deg. lift your upper arms out till parallel then raise the weight to vertical. It's a nice rotator cuff exersize. |
