Posted: 07/24/2006 Application Due: Open Until Filled Type: Full Time The SUNYIT Intercollegiate Athletics Program is seeking energetic individuals to assist in developing new sports teams. The college competes as members of the NCAA III and the SUNYAC.
Applications are being accepted for a Men's & Women's Volleyball Coach. This is a full-time, 10-month position responsible for coaching, recruiting, and managing the existing women's team, while initiating a new men's program through extensive recruitment activities; with additional responsibilities within the Department of Athletics and Recreation. Salary - $30,791. Starting date is on or about August 14, 2006.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred, with significant and successful collegiate playing/coaching experience and the proven ability to recruit and retain quality student-athletes. All appropriate certifications are required, as is a valid driver's license in good standing and strong interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills.
