I felt I was within my right to ask them since I was going to be the one on the court exerting himself and having the smoke as a distraction and there were a few 100 other acres where they could smoke.
Your thoughts? Watching an outdoor doubles tournament, sitting a few feet off the court and smoking a few butts, cool or uncool? |
Thats a rule of life dude. Be courteous is not written but always expected in my book.
If I got anywhere, playing or not - I'll try my best to avoid smokers. If I can't do it - I'll ask them nicely like you did to possibly move, or go down wind. I'm not *allergic* but most understand if you say you are, and respect your wishes.
It does get into my contacts and bugs the hell out of me, so i'm not tooottallly lying...
