I played in a Men's A tourney against a AA woman and her partner who was a very good lefty A player. Once he started going up for blocks on me, she looked a little confused on the court. After the game we talked and she said that she wasn't used to defending behind a block because it doesn't happen too much on women's nets. That was just one player and not a statistical study.
