If your friend made freshman team she has to respect that, high school ball is a lot of favoritism, politics, seniorty, and A$$ kissing. She should talk to coach person to person asking what do i need to do toplay at the higher level? As far as not getting playing time it may be attitude. She should act like more of a leader, and if she is the best dont be afraid to let evryone know about it (but dont let that get out of hand). She needs to PROVE herself.
