There is a problem that arises if a better player gets involved with the game that less organized players play and that is they fall into learning or aquiring the bad habbits that the less organized players run. This is a problem that has proven itself time and time again in many players I have seen. Players running after ball and colliding bacause one player got used to picking up where many of their other teammates, that he/she played with before. siuddenly gets put onto or jumps on team with players that are always on top of their positions.
I'd have to say that encouraging your teammates in the game is good, you should always exhibit a positive attitude toward your teammates and even more so when your chips are down but if/when you get in the game let your teammates play the way they want to play but stick to your game and don't let others bring down your game or even corrupt it.
