I have a problem with my coach.
See I made the Freshman volleyball team (I am very ungrateful for), I have been playing for 3 years now and that is just as long as the juniors on the varsity team have been playing. Anyway, the girls on my team have never played before and they make me frustrated because they aren't there to win they are there to have fun. So in the first week my coach grabbed one person at a time and told them what they were doing wrong, well when I got up there, she told me that I shouldn't be on her team and that I should be on the J.V. team or even the Varsity team, but since she had no say in who she would get on her team she couldn't do anything. In meantime I expected to play alot since I was actually the best player on the team (but I never acted like it), and in the last couple of weeks I have never gotten to play, last Tuesday I almost fell asleep on the bench (it was sad), I mean I could have beaten that team if it was just me playing but no I sat on the bench. I have talked to her and she said she couldn't do anything about it. My mom also talked to her and she said she was sorry I wasn't on the court. So what should I do? My mom keeps asking me if I want to quit, but I am afraid I will finally get to play.
Please help me out, what should I do?
Any suggestions would be great.

I'm not trying to be harsh but Sleepy do you think your friend may actually be a bad player and the coach is playing her better players? There is no I in Team but there is a ME! She has to prove her self, if shes not willing to do that then go to a club team. Just my POV.
