I don't but Lynn Jones does!!!!! Spin - o - rama backhand flippy thing. I'll let her explain more. I don't think I can find the words. Maybe they don't exist and it must be seen in person!
When I am chasing down a ball out of the back of the court I can usually bring it back into play, or even over the net by quasi-bicycle kicking the ball...sometimes it hurts though.

I don't know what you are talking about.
Your wife named it not me. I just do it. Basically, my left arm is useless when trying to hit a ball. So, if I get set outside to my left I have to do something to get the ball over. And so I turn away from the net, put my right shoulder toward it. And hit the ball cross (behind me). And it's actually not a backhand because I hit the ball with my palm, its just a backward spike basically. But my momentum carries me around and I do a 360 I guess. I don't know i can't watch myself. I just hit the ball.

What about your special setting technique???
There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.
A strange serve I've kind of developed I guess would be a "special technique".
Basicly if I get bored during a rec match, or an extremely low level competative game - I'll just chip the ball over.
Holding the ball with my left hand - it's kind of like an underhand serve. Except your just chopping at the ball as it drops from your left. Kind of with a "jude-chop" form. Normally it will yield an odd spin that does not rise much. So it will usually skim the net or dink over, but the spin you put on it can make it drift 10 feet left. Someone it fakes people out so that they call it, are on the left hand side of the court - then move completely 10 feet to the left to pursue the ball. Normally, not making a good play.
