Vertical Jump Drills - 03-17-2006, 08:32 PM

I'm looking for some conditioning drills to work on my vertical jump.. Has anyone had success with a particular drill?

A big factor in improving verticle and overall vb performance is core strength. Find a Stott Pilates studio in your area and take some lessons. Be sure to listen to the instructor carefully because form and execution on Pilates is everything. Also don't think that pilates is just the junk you see on the tv, and don't do yourself the disservice (at least not at first) of using just a video. It's worth the couple bux to go to a class, if not a private lesson to get the forms and breath down.

If you've got pilates questions drop my wife a line she's AirDiney on the site and she'd be happy to talk to you more about it.
