Why? Hmmmmmm, One time on the beach of trying to reach for a ball while horizontal on the sand from a dive with my foot. It stayed with me for 5 years....

Mr. Owl..... I wore a shirt that had the Tootsie Pop saying just once and well it stuck! Sadly enough I'm not the smartest but I can hold my own in a battle of wits.

No more cast, no more crutches, no more wheel chair, and yes more volleyball!

Mr. Owl, how many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop?

Nickname - 05-31-2007, 09:44 PM

Well I don't really have a nickname for volleyball other than the b* word (or nut) and that's a whole other discussion.....

But my old skiing nickname was CRASH! I used to be a nut on downhill, going off cornices thru the woods, etc. and one time found a FENCE. Help, I've fallen and can't get up - hahahaha...anyway, it WAS funny with the skis on and stuck on the other side of the fence from my body...guess you had to be there...

Anyway, maybe I should get my volleyball friends to start calling me CRASH.

Yay! It's a volley weekend - 2's w/Cheetah on Sat. near Philly and reverse coed 2's Sun. at HVV! Yay!

I dig it

LOL's can I say, I've been there!

hanging upside down, ski stuck to fence, foot stuck on ski. Yep, if you jump over a fence, make sure the front of the ski's point up and over the fence, not down like if you were jumping without ski's. I learned my lesson, crashing into a fence (hanging upside down from it) is no laughing matter. It's an embarassment.
