I feel it is my duty as a member of the community to hold you accountable and inquire as to where those stats are??

Well, I was going to post some measurments and weight but according to wifey our scale is poop and for the life of me I can't find a mending tape (measuring tape that's really tape) I haven't sat down and done the string trick.

The only thing I can guestimate that my wieght is somewhere between 280 and 270 right now. My vert is a measly 15". I wear a size 46 Pant and an 18 1/2 shirt. Height I'll argue is 5'11'' wich makes me 6'0'' in the volleyball world

I'll got with those for the moment. I wanted to do chest (52 jacket), bicep, forarm (LOL), waist, hip and thigh mesurements.

OK, I'll go find a string.

Another thing! I've been using that fitday site as was recomended above, it's great! The tough part is finding all the food to put in. I had sushi for lunch today and had to improvise. Laf, if they didn't include sexual activity and wifey wasn't a member of the board I'd make my journal public.

More to come ..... thanks for putting me on the spot bri!

Alright, after last weeks debacle this week is starting out good! I did a nice job eating, a nice job supplementing and 20 min on the tread mill, and 16 Set total body workout.

OK, so I only did two sets of each exersize, but I was tired and I didn't want to push it as it was my first full session back after a hiatus. I also wasn't sure how my elbow would respond.

I still can't seem to be able to wake up before 6:30... any suggestions? I'd love to get to the gym in the AM but I'd have to be there by 6:00 the latest to get my routine in (about an hour and fifteen minutes) and get home to shower/ dress and eat. I like to be in the office by 8:30 the latest.

Just do it man! Set an alarm clock, have a friend call you, get wifey to kick you out when she goes to morning pilates!

I think I've got to go to sleep earlier. I keep gravitating towards the eight hour mark. Anything less and I don't function well. The pilates thing would work only one day a week. Otherwise she's hours past me.

In any event. I'm not sure if you can get a heel spurr in the area where your arch ends and your heel begins but of late I had been having some pain there. It went away for a while but this morning it's full on. I'm going to try a new pair of sneakers first and see if that helps.

1 day a week is still 1 more day than you are currently getting up, right?

Maybe you need to set five alarm clocks.

Does your cell phone have a vibrate mode? Try setting the alarm on your cell phone with it on vibrate and put it under your pillow. That may be a different way to get up.
