I'm a huge fan of Chocolate Milk as a post workout drink. I don't think I'd have it in the middle of a tournament but low-fat nestle quik has a lot of protein and carbs and are a low cost solution/alternative to a lot of the protein drinks you could get at GNC et. al.

Funny, as I was reading this, I am drinking a protien shake from GNC. But I am drinking it before VB.
