10 Step Program For Volleyball Addicts
Remove all volleyball reminders from the house, this includes but is not limited to balls, posters, protective gear, and sports drinks.
Cancel the volleyball sport channels subscriptions.
Call all VB catalogs and tell them there's been a change of address, give them a family members address or your settle home address.
Gather your team and admit you are an addict and are in this program.
Donate all your Volleyball shirts, shorts, sweats and with a volleyball logo or image or the word Volleyball on it.
Donate your sneakers!
Gather your family and apologize for your addiction all while explaining with their help you can recover.
Give away all your gym bag(s).
Stop stretching at 7pm every-night.
When all else fails login to VBLI.COM and wright an addicts recovery list.

I am an addict, but my husband is worse! Anywhere we go, it's "is there volleyball here? Can we leave and play volleyball? Where's the closest court? We can play volleyball on the sand court in 5 degree weather with 2 feet of snow on the ground, right?"
