I want to buy a grass / sand ball, anyone have an opinion? Model numbers and manufacture would be helpful. |

wilson avp gold. it is the official ball on the beach. it is also pretty durable and water resistant. stays round too, not like the old top-flites. |

Agreed, the Tachikara VB7500 is one of the more durable balls. I don't like the AVP ball mainly because the two I've had got drizzled on at a game and started to peal. I know their not supposed to get wet, but a few drops of rain and the ball was done..... I did a bit of research and it seems I'm not the only one that has had this issue. Maybe it was a bad run, or what ever..... Realistically, it does rain at games...... O'well.... | |
