Buying volleyball equipment from eBAY? - 10-24-2005, 05:09 PM

Anyone bother to buy vball equip from ebay; i.e. Balls, knee-pads, nets, ball-pumps, etc, etc

Is it worth the time and effort bidding for these lower cost items.

Does it end up cheaper then regular store-front prices on brand-name product?

What about non-brand name balls made in china? Do they even exist?

Never had a problem we bought 11 grass net systems for a fund raiser this summer and all were as advertised. In fact the only thing I think should NEVER be bought on eBay is Clothes, you never know the real; reason their being sold. Other then that go for it!

PayPal is ok you have to be carfull to make sure signature is required. Paypal has a habbit of siding with the Vendor as long as they can show a random tracking number to your zip code. This of course is for smaller auctions items.
