Check out that site. If they're correct, I wieght about 180 - so I probably burn about 12 calories per minute of competative play.
Two days of 4+ hrs of practice, an ALL day tournament and some pick up inbetween.
Could definitly add to drastic weight loss. Especially if you wern't doing that before.
