I just posted a few pictures from Central Park Spring last week, I caught some scrimaging on the beach court near the Sheeps Meadow.

There are four concrete courts and only one sand court dominated by the locals. I've played there twice in five years. The locals get permits and are clickish to anyone else wanting to play. I can understand after all it's NYC people are protective of their space.
