It doesn't take much for me. Most of the music I listen to is pretty up beat.

No one mentioned any techno, but more often than not when I'm in the gym I put on NYC Afterhours. If I'm doing cardio the beat is fast enough to get me into a good pace.

Rage is a must, so is Pantera... if you're looking for a few specific songs try walk, hostile, revolution is my name, and this love.

Oooh I like scary music, I am getting some good ideas of CD's to buy. One song that I listen to as I head to league night is Drowning Pool, bodies. It's a fun one!

For pump up songs black betty and any AC/DC is a must. Good work on those.
I love ska music to warm up to, Reel Big Fish-(Beer is a great song), Goldfinger, Mighty mighty bosstones etc. are all real good.

I got one more, and its amazing, but it sounds dumb. Just trust me.....

Ballroom Blitz- its amazing.

I have 3 playlists depending on what time it is.

A hip-hop/loosen up warm-up mix.
A death metal/get ready to kill pre-game mix
A country/chill post-game mix

Mix in some Punk/Ska Covers and Reggaeton to round out my entire Ipod

Sure, the classic rock route is the standard and i totally enjoy it... but i have a playlist on my ipod called the "am mix". it's like, pop-punk... ish... i use it whenever i need to get pumped up for something. here's a few of the songs on there:

seventy times seven - brand new
make damn sure - taking back sunday
scotty doesn't know - lustra
stacie anne - the fratellis
medicine and gasoline - lucky boys confusion
i woke up in a car - something corporate
counting the days - goldfinger
last train home - lostprophets
basket case - green day
best of me - the starting line
up all night - unwritten law
