I stay in shape for indoor 6's by playing doubles in the offseason and I stay in shape for doubles by playing indoor 6's during the offseason.
Actually, one of the things I was noting during doubles tourneys that a lot of making it out of pool is skill and a lot of winning playoffs is stamina. I do a fair amount of cardio in the warmer weather and that helps keep me in the game when some others are fatiguing. (That is assuming I made it out of pool
