Yes, I know there a few but their off the beat path, and not the more popular hotels. I called a few Cali friends and they said "South Coast Hotel" was very nice.

The South Coast's outside areas include beautifully landscaped gardens and opening in summer, 2006, a sparkling pool, Jacuzzi and a sand volleyball court. Each oversized guest room is nicely appointed with 42-inch plasma screen televisions.

He mentioned there were others but I'm hard pressed to find them from a google search.

Get yourself to Sunset Park in Vegas on Eastern and Sunset. Pick any hotel near there. They have 8 lighted white sand courts. Sunset Station Hotel/Casino is pretty big and close by.
