I don't blame you Fus! You don't know how many times I've been at a tournament with the Random guys, either on their team or on the womens side and have had women walk up to me to ask if I am dating one of them or if they are single. Seems like a lot of ladies think peppering with team Random would be a good warm up. LOL

Shaking out the cob-webs from the night before is a good start and stretching is a necessity. Warm up with some peppering and just try to loosen up and relax. Going into the first game loose and low is much better than tense and unable to get into good platform.

Jamming tunes seems to be pretty popular, along with the popping of any helpful pre-emptive anti-inflammatory drugs. I do both. Oh, and lets not forget the IV of monster/caffeine I have pouring into my veins.

Yeah, the Monster is important....especially for days we have to get up at 5:45 and haul ass to god-knows-where for tournaments...

Before start the game i do some excercise and stretching because if i am not going to do this i can't play properly.it's must to do like that before starting the game because it's warm up my body.
