Won the Draw 4's tourney this weekend. Luck of the draw was on my side for the first time in a long time. No losses all day. More than doubled my entry fee with a cash prize win. Yahoo!!

Playing til I die,

Saturday played in a Yankee C+ at the CT Sports Center! KVB thanks for coming to play in the RVC tournament this past weekend. A second place finish was not too shabby! And it was a great time!

Sunday played in the Yankee C- coed/ reverse coed in Clinton, MA. We got DQed for being over our points total. I disagreed with the rerate of the player. Not that the potential isn't there... But I had fun swinging away on the womens net with RevJim setting me.

This weekend... Coed C scramble.... somewhere in Mass.

Who got rerated?

I also played in the RVC tournament this weekend (The Men's C, not Women's C+). Overall I was impressed with the level of play. CT was able to field 3.5 solid teams with other people travelling from Western MA and LI. I don't know how it ran from an administrative end but from a team captain's or customer's perspective, things were very smooth and professionally done. Kudos, NERT. The only complaint I had was the temperature in the gym. It was cold! This wasn't a bad thing when playing but being the number 2 team in a 5 team pool meant that we had two matches off between almost every game, it took us more than 4 minutes to warm up.

There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.

Had I an ounce of energy or motivation I might have chased down a few more passes to get you some more sets.

Where are you playing this weekend?

Are you playing doubles, co-ed 2's, 4's or 6's?
Is there a website for the event?
Where is the game, city and state?
Have you played there before?
