Rumor has it I might be doing my first reverse co-ed on Sunday. Tips tricks and techniques welcome.

Shave your legs, and start talking high pitched...


Eh - if your playing high level, aim for the guy - since it's easier to defend thier hits (you go deeper in the court). If the woman is hitting, come shorter since they can hit at a better angle. Jump serve the whole time, it's a womens net - you can attack it harder....

Broad jump and have your partner set you as close to the net as you can. Aim to split the team - or deep corners... If you need to feed the guy - give it to him inside the 10' line, it makes him have to back up before his approach. Feed the girl deep, so she can't hit on the net.
