Thought I'd Share:
First off, disclaimer: I have received zero money from Mikasa or anyone else.
At the last local tourney in my area, my Mikasa Beach Champ developed an unfortunate leak. I called the customer service department and they told me to go ahead and send it in.
I shipped it in about a week ago and I received a letter today that they had found a thorn which voids the warranty, but that they were going to go ahead and replace it anyhow.
This is the 2nd time Mikasas customer service has come through for me, and I wanted to share it with you all, I highly recommend their products as they seem to stand behind them 100%!
Honestly I almost bought a Tachikara last time, and the Mikasa customer service kept me a loyal customer. I think this time they made a lifelong customer. |
