Every winter I go thru the same thing... in shape early December. January settles in and I go thru depression from not playing on the beach. Thank God for my annual trip to Clearwater each year to get my fix for the sand and jumpstart me to get off my lazy butt to get in shape for summer.

Me neither. You know the crazy thing though? I find it so much easier to find a team to play on for 6's with yankee than finding a good doubles partner to do grass tournaments.

i pratice hitting against the wall at the basketball court at my gym. 3x a week, 7am in the morning (only becuase it is the only time it is free)

the month between indoor and outdoor league is brutal (which is right now)

i often drive by the sand/outdoor courts just to see if they still are there....
