There is also a new club formed this year right there in Plainfield, called Avalanche. It is affiliated with Club Fusion, also one of the nation's best clubs for producing quality, NCAA Division I prospects. I understand one of the coaches is the varsity coach from Naperville Central, 2006 Class AA state champions. Check the Great Lages region volleyball website for additional teams and clinic information. Most teams have completed tryouts, however, some may have an opening. Russ @ rfletcher@AMERITECH.NET |
