The revolutionary method of skill development is:
*Step One: Theory
*Step two: Demonstration
*Step three: Over-Correction
*Step four: At the end of the day, we play "Survivor." "Survivor" is a Queen/King of the court game played by the rules of over-correction.
Hitters!
* Learn how to snap instead of hit a ball
* Learn how to hit out of your approach
* Learn a one step fix to jump higher and hit harder
Setters!

* Learn how to set past your apex of your jump
* Learn hot to set against the flow
Everybody!
1. Learn why you should backspin a volleyball when passing.
2. Learn how to play defense by watching only the hitter.
3. Learn how to time a set; how to time your hitters.
4. Learn how to develop your peripheral vision when hitting.
5. Learn how to make your float serve dance.
6. Learn how to get into position on defense.
7. Learn the rules of non-verbal communication.

Skill level!
We have fun! Two hours into the clinic, participants are assigned an appropriate court determined by age and skill level. The safety and comfort level of all players is a primary goal of the clinic. The curriculum has been developed to accommodate advanced players and novices. Current skill level is not an issue.
Three fundamental team concepts stressed in the clinic are:
1. Playing the game three seconds into the future.
2. Using peripheral vision.
3. Reacting to bodies instead of the ball.
