Hi Friends - From Long Island - 08-09-2007, 01:05 AM

Hey Everyone,

I found this website after much "surfing" to find a place to play volleyball. Im not sure how this site works, but Im slowly learning. I wanted to play volleyball, but dont have a team... is there a group I can join? Possibly 6's?

Im not sure of my skill level, but I would say it is intermediate B. I love to play but none of my friends are interested in playing.

Maybe someone can help me out and point me in the right direction. Also I already checked Bethpage Sportime, and their fees are a bit high for me (college student) =).

Thanks In Advance, and Cool Site.

I don't know of leagues, but there are places to play pickup volleyball at local schools that are very affordable. The level of play is lower but you do get ball time. Most of the time these leagues or programs do not run when school is not in session (like now) but yf you want me to look into this and get back to you, I can do a little research.

Welcome to the site.

There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.
