Hello, I'm new to this site, not sure how everything works yet. I'm looking for some indoor action for the fall/winter sessions.

Where are you from? There is quite the assortment of players here, but no one can really give advice on finding indoor action without a little more info.
How about a short descrip.

Where are you from?
Skill level?
How often do you play?

V-Ball Suggestions for finding play - 09-20-2007, 11:46 AM

For finding Volleyball in your area.

1. How much of a mile radius do you want to travel for play?
(Call Parks and Recs for towns within 30 Miles ask if they have Volleyball)

2. Check out websites for tournaments in the state. Listed on this website as well.

3. Ask around at your gyms and parks for contacts thru word of mouth.

Places with Volleyball for Fall/Winter with good people and play.
Towns to look into in Central Connecticut: Windsor, Wethersfield, Vernon, Waterbury, Bristol, Hamden, Shelton, Oxford, Woodbridge, Middletown, Wallingford, Meriden, Bristol, New Britain, New Haven and Hartford.

All these towns have Volleyball available in the Fall/Winter time you can sign up now. Hope this helps and hope to see you on the court. Cheers!

I hope this helps you.

Womens or Coed teams in Albany? - 09-20-2007, 05:08 PM

Hi, I am new to this site and the Albany area. I played in some tournaments last year, fours and sixes. I played through high school and club ball in college. I am not sure what skill level I am as far as A, BB, B goes. I would geuss BB-A though. I am 23, play just about any position, I hit outside or set usually. I am looking for a team to join or at least some pickup games with decent play. I played in a rec league near my old town and was dissapointed with the lack of competition. Looking for something more challenging. I live in Latham. Thanks for any help you can give me!
